Our handles

The research, the use of high-quality raw materials, advanced production technologies, and the expertise of specialised employees who are stimulated to innovate, are the basis of the success and quality of Kapriol trowels.
Thanks to the automated and robotized production process, Kapriol trowels achieve a consistently high standard of quality, strength, handling, accuracy of finishing and durability.

Kapriol trowel blades undergo automated grinding processes that consist of the controlled removal of material in the form of small chips.
The controlled grinding process is carried out in order to give the blade the perfect double taper necessary to ensure optimum blade flexibility and perfect flatness, allow building materials to be cut, and facilitate plastering and smoothing.

The handle angle is perfectly aligned with the tip of the blade, thus enhancing the tool’s manageability and balance. The controlled grinding process aims to grant the blade the perfect dual taper.

The handles of Kapriol trowels are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and handling during use.
The correct shape and size of the handle are essential to ensure the perfect functioning of the tool, the ideal fit of the hand to the handle, maximum sensitivity and control of the tool, and accuracy and precision in the execution of the work.
Kapriol's trowel handles offer consumers two choices, the Progrip Tri-component handle or the fine, selected wood handle, both of which have undergone a special protective treatment to increase their resistance to water, sun, rubbing wear and impact. Wooden handles offer a natural feel.
The Progrip Tri-component handles are highly ergonomic and fit perfectly in the hand. Thanks to the thermoplastic inserts, they offer a soft and comfortable grip. At the end of the handle, an increased layer of thermoplastic rubber makes them ideal when tapping on tiles or other installation products without ruining them.
