Training courses for work at height
With the aim of training and qualifying employees who work at height using fall protection PPE, Kapriol Training was born, a training center managed with the support and experience of qualified trainers, including Alpine Guides. Morganti SpA, who have always been attentive and close to the needs of the professional, he believes that staff training is the basis of a correct prevention activity, aimed at minimizing the risks to which workers are subject. In accordance with Article 107 of Legislative Decree 81/08. t.u., all workers who work at height, in addition to using suitable PPE, must be trained in their correct use. Courses headquarters

At the end of the course, the teachers issue a document certifying their participation. More precisely:
certificate of attendance for courses on the use of category III PPE issued by the body accredited by the Lombardy Region for training purposes certification attesting to the training for the course for operators in rope access and positioning systems issued by the National College of Alpine guides, as per Legislative Decree 81/08. The courses, activated periodically at the Lecco branch of the Kapriol Training school, can also be organized on request at construction companies and retailers
